Duties

  • Responding to requests for information.
  • Working closely with Sales team raising quotations and completing admin duties
  • Providing Support to the MD, Director and Ops Manager
  • Diary Management for key leaders in the business
  • Managing and arranging transport for all the goods being shipped
  • Handling purchasing administration to include raising and processing purchase orders to suppliers
  • Handling financial administration, to include raising and processing invoices and credits.
  • Managing the business stationary
  • Support with general adhoc administration tasks

The ideal Office Administrator

  • Minimum of 1 Years office experience
  • Proactive, positive mind-set
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Good administration skills
