The client are a thriving business so have the need for this Office Administrator to support in terms of Administration, supporting senior management and Customer Service!

- Salary £22,000 – £23,000

- Responding to requests for information.
- Working closely with Sales team raising quotations and completing admin duties
- Providing Support to the MD, Director and Ops Manager
- Diary Management for key leaders in the business
- Managing and arranging transport for all the goods being shipped
- Handling purchasing administration to include raising and processing purchase orders to suppliers
- Handling financial administration, to include raising and processing invoices and credits.
- Managing the business stationary
- Support with general adhoc administration tasks
The ideal Office Administrator
- Minimum of 1 Years office experience
- Proactive, positive mind-set
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Good administration skills
