Job Details

  • The Customer Service Sales Administrator will answer customer queries and questions via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer enquiries relating to prices, order tracking and stock availability.
  • The Customer Service Sales Administrator will provide customers with quotations.
  • Timely order processing and taking payments over the phone as necessary.
  • The Customer Service Sales Administrator will provide customers with order tracking updates.
  • Liaise closely with other teams and departments to achieve the best outcomes for customer orders.
  • The Customer Service Sales Administrator will produce despatch notes and communicate with freight forwarders.
  • Take responsibility for the resolution of any customer complaints and issue debit/credit notes.
  • The Customer Service Sales Administrator will accurately maintain the CRM database.
  • Complete and monitor the weekly KPI.
  • The Customer Service Sales Administrator will refer any problematic issues to management and support with any ad hoc administrative duties as required.
  • The Customer Service Sales Administrator will comply with and adhere to, the company’s policies and procedures at all times.

 Ideal Candidate

  • The successful Customer Service Sales Administrator will be available for immediate start.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy customer service role/sales office required.
  • Experience of SAP is desired but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Experience of Excel desirable.
  • Pro-active individual with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent teamwork.

Location and Hours

Milton Keynes

Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm

45-minute lunch break
