Administrator Duties
- Answering telephones and forwarding calls onto correct department / person
- Uploading products onto their website
- Processing all quotes and sales orders
- Liaise with customers and give them updates on their orders
- Manage stock levels and returned goods
- Ad hoc administrator tasks
