Administrator Duties

  • Answering telephones and forwarding calls onto correct department / person
  • Uploading products onto their website
  • Processing all quotes and sales orders
  • Liaise with customers and give them updates on their orders
  • Manage stock levels and returned goods
  • Ad hoc administrator tasks
