Job Description

EAC Consulting Group are currently working in partnership with a market leading manufacturing business based in the Milton Keynes area. They are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their vibrant sales team. As part of this role, you will manage the day-to-day office administration supporting the overall office function. On Offer

  • £18k – £20k Annual Salary
  • Progression opportunities
  • Hours – 8:30am – 5:15pm
  • 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
  • Office based

Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • As Administrator, manage emails and basic enquiries.
  • Distribute post to the correct departments and arrange post for evening collection.
  • Provide support to the General Manager and HR Manager.
  • Arrange travel bookings such as hotels and flights for the business.
  • Support the Account Managers with order processing in timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all visitors to the site are greeted in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software’s
