Duties
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- As Administrator, manage emails and basic enquiries.
- Distribute post to the correct departments and arrange post for evening collection.
- Provide support to the General Manager and HR Manager.
- Arrange travel bookings such as hotels and flights for the business.
- Support the Account Managers with order processing in timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all visitors to the site are greeted in a professional and friendly manner.
