Job Description

EAC group are working in partnership with a well-established manufacturer in Olney who are looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team. The company offer a real family feel culture where all employees are valued and trusted. As part of this role, you will be working within their contracts department to assist with inbound calls, process orders, manage stock levels and provide additional Admin support on an ad-hoc basis.

 

Job Title
Administrator

 

On Offer

  • £19k – £22,500 annual salary
  • 22 days annual leave
  • Free onsite parking
  • 8:30am – 5pm

 

Duties

  • Assist inbound calls and forward to the relevant person
  • Produce and send order confirmation to customers
  • Create and print booking sheets and labels for factory
  • Manage supplier orders on the system
  • Update customers on their orders
  • Update CRM systems
  • Send purchase orders to suppliers for stock parts
  • Monitor / update stock control program
  • Chase customers for any payments due
  • Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks/ projects

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a similar Admin role
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Looking for a pro-active individual
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
