Job Description

EAC group are working in partnership with a well-established, market leading estate agency in Milton Keynes who are looking for an Administrator to join their team. As part of this role, you will be working within their finance department and required to use their inhouse system to ensure rent is paid on time and chase any outstanding invoices.

Job Title

Duties

  • Manage daily enquiries and customer queries in a manner which meets both company procedures and customer expectations.
  • Managing any payment errors
  • Process and Chase Invoices, ensuring rent is paid on time
  • Building positive relationships with customers
  • Providing pro-active and speedy dispute resolution
  • Processing refunds – tenants deposits, overpaid rent or agreed refunds by managers.
  • General day to day administration

The Ideal Candidate

  • Looking for an articulate individual with high attention to detail that has the ability to manage their workload.
  • As an Administrator you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills when dealing with Customers.
  • Confident in Microsoft package.
