Job Title:Business Development Executive
Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 per annum
Location: Linford Wood, Milton Keynes

EAC Consulting Group are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to add to our award-winning and well-established team based in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes.

After a hugely successful Year to date, with us receiving in excess of 130 Google Reviews and being recognized as a Finalist in the ‘Service Excellence’ and ‘Best Customer Service’ categories at the upcoming Buckinghamshire SME Awards, so you will be joining a Business that is not only growing but has a great reputation locally.

This role will be orientated around bringing on new clients, then developing those accounts, these Clients will be Businesses that are hiring for staff across the Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, and persuading and influencing them to use our consultative service. Due to the nature of this role you must have solid Sales experience within a B2B environment and be able to demonstrate winning new clients.

With fast-track career progression to Business Development Manager, Senior Business Development Manager and beyond, alongside a lucrative commission scheme rising to 17.5% commission, giving you the opportunity to not only climb the career ladder but to maximize your earnings – we currently have Business Developers making bonuses of £4,500 per Month.

Commission scaling to 17.% – approx. OTE £15,000 Year 1

The Ideal candidate
Solid B2B Sales experience – Ideally 2 Years minimum
An interest in breaking into or continuing a career in the Recruitment Sector
Ability to demonstrate winning new business
Excellent persuasion and influencing skills
Resilient and tenacious
Positive, proactive and enthusiastic personality

9 – 5 Monday to Thursday
9 – 4.30 Friday
