EAC Consulting Group are representing an expanding and friendly online retailer based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for a Return Administrator to join their Customer Service Department with an immediate start.

The Role

Customer Service Administrator (Returns)

Hours

Monday to Friday 09:00am – 14:00pm (preferably but can be flexible)

Job Details

  • The Returns Administrator will manage all claims enquiries for the returns and customer service departments and will proactively aim to solve all claims and disputes while ensuring that returns comply with company terms and conditions.
  • They will check all returns from customers and suppliers and input them into the database.
  • The Returns Administrator will check the quality of returned goods.
  • They will liaise with the courier company to ensure that claims are resolved and any credits are received.
  • The Returns Administrator will liaise with the Accounts and Customer Service teams to ensure returns are credited in a timely manner.
  • They will also raise credit notes and invoices.
  • The Returns Administrator will liaise with the warehouse regarding stock control and movements.
  • They will ensure that clients are kept informed.
  • The Returns Administrator will also book collections for repairs with the supplier.
  • They will coordinate any payment disputes, chargebacks, return requests and claims via the companies’ sales channels such as eBay and Amazon.
  • The Returns Administrator will perform their duties in compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental and Data Protection policies.

Ideal Customer Service Administrator (Returns)

  • The successful Returns Administrator will be available for immediate start and must have at least one years’ experience in Customer Services.
  • They will be a pro-active individual with the ability to multi-task.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
