Due to substantial increase over the past 4-5 years, Our Client is recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join a growing, family feel and dynamic company working within their Customer Services team.
This role will be on a 6–12-month Temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent, offering an excellent, fun, hardworking office environment in a progressive family feel business.
Customer Service Executive
- £10 – £11 an hour
- Monday – Friday (No weekends)

- Building strong relationships both internally and externally
- Processing orders and answering inbound queries
- Utilising the CRM software system to keep records up to date
- Responding to Clients in a professional and timely manner
- Friendly, positive can-do attitude and a passion to solve client issues
- Resolving client queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Confident with Data entry and attention to detail.
- 1 Year experience in a Customer Service orientated role
- Excellent service skills and capabilities
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to time manage & prioritise workload
- Good level of MS packages including Excel.
