Job Title: Customer Service Executive (German & Polish speaking)

EAC Consulting Group are representing a great opportunity for someone to join a thriving health and wellness company, to take on a hybrid role with a mixture of home and office working as a Customer Service Executive!
This is a Customer Service position for a multi-national business, with the role focused on dealing with customer enquiries and queries predominantly from Germany and Poland, with this being the case you will need to be multi-lingual and speak these languages!
With growth comes opportunity, as the business are looking to move into new premises in the coming Months in Central Milton Keynes, as they look to gain further market-share and develop further.
Customer Service Executive (German & Polish speaking)
- Salary up to £23,500
- Hybrid working (3 days from home, with 2 in the office)
- 8 am – 4pm Monday to Friday
Duties for the ideal Customer Service Executive
- Dealing with Customer Service matters
- Updating administration and notes on the system
- Helping clients with queries over the phone and via email
- Resolving payment matters
- Liaising with other departments
- Etc etc
