EAC Consulting Group are representing a market leading company who are looking to hire a Finance Assistant. The role is to support the day to day functions within the finance department and ensuring that all processes are running smoothly. The company are based in the Milton Keynes area and are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join their friendly team.

Job Title

Finance Assistant

On Offer

  • £18k – £20k Annual Salary
  • 9am – 5:30pm

 Duties

  • As Finance Assistant, manage all sub-contractor invoices.
  • Answer incoming calls and dealing with general finance enquiries.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Checking and processing Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain the billing spreadsheet.
  • Reconciliations for Purchase Ledger statements.
  • Managing employee expenses processing.
  • Ad hoc duties when necessary.
  • Remain aware of any outstanding tasks and ensure that they are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with implementing new processes and procedures, inputting ideas and solutions where possible.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience using CRM systems would be ideal
  • Ideally have experience with Sage 200 Finance Softwares and Office 365 SharePoint / Yammer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Individual.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail.
