EAC Consulting Group are currently representing a market leading business in the Milton Keynes area who are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team.

 

As a Marketing Assistant, your role will be to assist with the provision of client presentations, social media posts and website management whilst providing comprehensive administration support to the Practice and Business Managers as part of the administration team. Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Assistant

 

  • Social media management including content curation, scheduling and monthly reporting on LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Assist with the production of marketing documents and literature such as client presentations, case studies and press releases
  • Write copy, re-size images and upload material onto the website
  • Organise and maintain a comprehensive project photo library
  • Make sure all templates are kept up to date and that correct branding is being used
  • Liaise with web designers and printers
  • Proofread and edit copy
  • Telephone answering
  • Greeting clients and assisting with meeting room set-up/clear down
  • General ad-hoc administration from time to time

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

  • The Marketing Assistant will be a skilled copywriter who is comfortable creating content for web and social media, primarily LinkedIn.
  • Ability to use InDesign to create marketing materials (additional training given).
  • Experience of managing a company’s social media account.
  • Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to a good standard, Excel to a basic standard.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Interest in photography is preferred
  • Be an open point of approach to any member of staff and clients
