Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes

After an outstanding start to the Year, EAC Consulting Group are now looking for an exciting hire
in a Temporary Recruitment Manager, to complement our current thriving Permanent Recruitment Division,
you will set up our Temporary offering. At EAC we have the aspiration of quickly becoming outright
market-leader across the local areas for Recruitment and feel we are really making our mark at
current, so now is a great time to come on-board!

2021 has seen EAC break many of its existing records, in terms of revenue, new clients worked with
and candidates booked, so we feel now is the perfect time to start-up a Temporary desk to offer our
clients the full recruitment service.

With solid foundations and an excellent reputation locally, we are looking for a hungry, ambitious
and intelligent Temporary Recruitment Manager to report into the Directors and Head of Business
Development, set up the Temporary Desk, then once established grow that desk in terms of revenue
and headcount. Ideally you will be an existing Recruitment Manager within the Temporary World, that
has set up a desk that wants to make something their own, however we will accept a Senior
Recruitment Consultant / Managing Recruitment Consultant (Temporary markets) that wants to make
their mark!

The Role
Recruitment Manager (Temporary Desk)

On Offer
• Salary up to £30,000
• Strong Commission scheme – OTE easily £20,000 – £30,000 + if markers are hit Yr 1
• Progression opportunity to Head of Temporary Recruitment, then potential
• The opportunity to build your own team, once the Division is established
• Opportunity to make this your own
• Early finishes on Friday and 31 days annual leave

• To work with the Directors and Head of BD to establish the Temporary Desk
• To bring on new clients through Business Development
• To Account Manage clients and to grow their accounts
• To work with the Permanent team on capitalising on existing business and taking hold
of existing clients temporary needs
• Source candidates for temporary positions won
• Agreeing terms and conditions, fees and margins
• Gaining compliance and Right to Work details
• Over time you will interview staff to work under you, focus on their training &
development and look at innovative ways to grow EAC’s temporary offering

The Ideal Candidate
• Strong Temporary Recruitment experience, ideally within Warehousing or Office based
• You have previously set up a Division or Temporary Recruitment arm then this would
be excellent, however failing that you must be confident to set this up
• Experience ideally at Management level, if not then a solid Senior Recruitment
Consultant / Managing Recruitment Consultant or Principle Recruitment Consultant that is ambitious
and keen to take on their first Managerial role
• Confident to report directly into the Senior Team and to map out a plan to set-up a
Temporary desk that can thrive and grow
• A willingness to learn, but the confidence to make it work
• Must be an exceptional communicator both internally and externally
