Job Description

EAC Consulting Group are currently working alongside a well-established Software Company in the UK, based in the Milton Keynes area who are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and develop strong long lasting relationships with existing and prospecting clients.

 

The Regional Sales Manager will be promoting sales of record storage and Management solutions including archiving.

On Offer

  • Annual Salary of £50,000 – £55,000 based on experience.
  • Excellent bonus structure

Duties

  • As Regional Sales Manager, you will need to have a strong understanding of the companies products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospecting / existing clients.
  • Outbound calls to win new business.
  • Strong communication skills on products and services to prospecting business.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to win business opportunities and develop accounts.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Utilise systems such as HubSpot and Microsoft softwares to ensure all date is recorded accurately.
  • Report into senior management with accurate sales reports when required.
  • Maintain close relationships with existing clients post sales to ensure client satisfaction is always a priority.
  • Providing support to the regional account manager when needed.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales
  • Confident to travel regionally, managing your own diary and managing Accounts
  • Experience selling record storage and management solutions is preferred but not a must
  • Previous experience in Business Development.
  • A proactive, ambitious Regional Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Analytical approach.
