Job Details
- The Sales Administrator will support and assist the Sales Office Manager and management team with secretarial and administrative support.
- Take responsibility for prospective customers enquiries via phone and email.
- The Sales Administrator will update sales records, systems, sales channels and website information as required.
- Liaising with internal and external teams including Solicitors.
- Manage site sales staff administration and assist with the creation of new sales sites.
- The Sales Administrator will support with any ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- The Sales Administrator will comply with and adhere to, the company’s policies and procedures at all times.
Ideal Candidate
- The successful Sales Administrator will possess GCSE grade A-C English and Maths or equivalent.
- Experience working in reception, sales or telesales backgrounds is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Further training will be provided.
- The Sales Administrator will possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and with the ability to work within a team or independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and with the ability to use own initiative.
- The Sales Administrator will be comfortable working under pressure and within a busy sales environment.
- A flexible, enthusiastic person who embraces training and development.
