- £18,000 Annual Salary OTE £30,000 +

- The Sales Negotiator will focus on the sales aspect of the business while also canvasing for new business.
- The Sales Negotiator will register both purchasers and vendors, matching them to relevant properties and scheduling property valuations.
- The Sales Negotiator will also carry out property viewings.
- The Sales Negotiator will negotiate property sales and liaise between the purchasers and vendors.
- The successful candidate will have a demonstrable record in meeting and exceeding targets and must possess a driving license.
- The successful Sales Negotiator will have a positive, can-do attitude, with the energy and ambition to flourish in this role.
- Local knowledge of the Milton Keynes area is ideal.
- The successful candidate will be customer focused and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for Property and a drive to succeed within the industry.
Location and Hours
5 Days per week 9:00am – 6:00pm
When working a Saturday, you get a day off in the week
