Duties

Key Responsibilities

 

  • As Sales Trainer, deliver induction courses to assist the early stages of their career.
  • Provide support through 121 / development sessions.
  • Maintain knowledge on products and industry understanding.
  • Ensure training delivered to the sales team is aligned to the company’s strategic goals.
  • Supervise sales employees to assess areas of development and where improvement could be made.
  • As Sales Trainer you will report into the Training Business Partner.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training sessions in line with sales performances.
  • Maintaining strong and positive relationships.
  • An adaptable approach when training and developing individuals to suit each learning style.

 

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Looking for an individual with experience in creating and delivering sales training.
  • As Sales Trainer, can confidently coach and guide individuals to drive performance.
  • An applicable L&D qualification could be valuable, but it’s not essential.
  • Training and facilitation skills.
  • Strong influential skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour.
