Supply Chain Coordinator
Salary of £27,000

Plan and manage the flow of goods from International Deliveries
Manage the preparation of documents (Customs Invoices and Packing Lists)
Manage and instruct Customs Broker to conduct clearance of inbound consignment; resolving any issues to avoid delays, provide timely and accurate clearance data to Customs in the UK.
Manage Customs legislations changes and liaise with the relevant authorities on any related queries.
Management of the Purchase Orders and receipt of deliveries
Plan logistics & deliveries from suppliers, liaising with all external stakeholders involved in the process
Ensuring the business has the right amount of stock; suggest changes to inventory to meet demand etc
Support inventory checks to validate stock accuracy
The Ideal Candidate
Experienced using SAP (Internal systems knowledge)
Experience with Import and Export processes and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Package – including Excel
Dynamic with a ‘can do’ attitude
Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and go the extra mile
